It’s a myth that you need to do everything well. Early in my career, I learned the hard way that trying to be perfect at all-the-things all of the time is a recipe for burnout and anxiety. I believe it’s also one of the things women find hardest to let go of in business. Now, I focus on what I do best and delegate the rest. This approach not only keeps my business running smoothly but also preserves my sanity.

If there's one thing I've discovered, it’s that my unique perspective is my greatest strength. I encourage every woman I work with to own her superpowers, quirks and differences. After all, authenticity isn’t just about being true to yourself—it's a strategic advantage.

I’m also wife to Andrew, mum to a vibrant teen dancer and a rescued kitty who constantly makes me laugh. They all remind me daily that it’s okay to pause my work and soak up some music, laughter and sunshine.
