The Sounding Board
Up to 5 hours of support across 30 days.
You don't need a renovation.
You don't need someone to come in, pull everything apart and rebuild it from scratch.
You don't need a big agenda, a 12-week program or an overhaul of how you operate.
You just need someone in your corner - someone who knows you, knows what you're building, and shows up with that context every single time.
Someone who can show you that what you've built is already working, and where the real gap actually is.
Someone who helps you stop measuring yourself against a standard that was never yours to begin with.
That's what The Sounding Board is.

You don't need a renovation.

The real value isn't advice.
It's shared context.
One of the hidden costs of growing a business is that every important conversation starts with bringing someone else up to speed.
You explain what's happened over the past few months, recap previous decisions, describe your offers, introduce the people in your business and only then do you arrive at the question you actually wanted help with.
By that point, you've already done half the thinking yourself.
The Sounding Board works differently.
Over time, I build a deep understanding of your business. I come to understand not only what you do, but how you think, what matters to you, the decisions you've already made and the direction you're trying to head.
That shared understanding changes the quality of our conversations.
Instead of spending our time rebuilding the picture, we can step straight into what matters now. We can connect today's decision to conversations we've had months earlier, notice patterns that are beginning to repeat and recognise when something feels different because we both know what "normal" looks like in your business.
It's one of the reasons clients often tell me the relationship becomes more valuable over time.
Not because I know more than I did when we started, but because I understand your business more deeply with every conversation.
A different kind of partnership
Every founder needs different kinds of support at different stages of business.
Sometimes you need a coach to help you explore what's possible. Sometimes you need specialist expertise, a mentor who's walked the path before you, or a capable team to bring an idea to life.
The Sounding Board doesn't replace any of those.
It sits alongside them.
This is the place where all the moving parts come together. Where ideas are explored before they become projects. Where decisions are pressure-tested before they're made. Where opportunities are weighed against capacity, timing and the bigger picture. Where you can think out loud without needing to already know the answer.
As your business grows, the conversations naturally evolve too. They become less about solving individual problems and more about navigating the increasing complexity that comes with leading a successful business.
That's why I don't think of this as coaching, consulting or implementation.
I think of it as an ongoing thinking partnership.
What it's like to work together
One of the things clients often tell me is that our conversations don't feel rushed.
They don't feel like someone trying to jump to an answer before they've really understood what's happening.
Instead, they feel like sitting down with someone who's genuinely curious.
As you talk, I'm building a picture in my mind. I'm listening for the patterns underneath what you're telling me, noticing the connections between different parts of your business and asking the questions that help us uncover what's really creating the pressure.
One of the questions I often find myself asking is:
"What's the next right step?"
Not because we're trying to solve everything in one conversation, but because the next right decision often creates movement everywhere else.
I've learnt that most founders don't need more things to think about.
They need help deciding what deserves their attention now, what can safely wait and what no longer needs to be carried at all.
No two months look exactly the same.
Some months we're talking through a decision that's been sitting in the background for weeks.
Other months we're mapping out a new offer, reviewing an opportunity, untangling a difficult situation or helping you organise the next stage of your business.
The format matters much less than the outcome.
You're not buying hours.
You're creating somewhere your thinking can land.

Meet Julia
Hi, I'm Julia
I'm a strategic Online Business Manager and Operational Architect, and I work with capable women who feel like everything in their business still depends on them.
Over time, I've become known for helping founders untangle operational complexity, reduce mental load and find the simplest path through problems that have felt bigger than they really are.
I've realised that most founders don't come to me because they need another system or another piece of software implemented. They come because something feels harder than it should, and they're too close to it to see why.
That's where I do my best work.
I have a knack for listening to how you describe your business, spotting the patterns hiding underneath, and helping you untangle what's really creating the friction. Sometimes it's a process that no longer fits. Sometimes it's a decision you've been circling for months. Sometimes it's simply that your business has grown, but the way you're running it hasn't caught up.
Because often, you don't need more ideas.
You just need the right perspective.
You might be ready for The Sounding Board if...
Your business has reached the point where the questions are no longer simple.
You're making decisions that affect your offers, your clients, your team, your
capacity and the future direction of your business. Everything feels a little more interconnected than it used to, and you've realised that every decision has a ripple effect somewhere else.
You've discovered that what you're looking for isn't more information.
It's perspective.
You value thinking things through before rushing into action. You appreciate being challenged when your assumptions need challenging and supported when you simply need someone to help untangle what's happening.
Most importantly, you're looking for a relationship rather than a transaction. Someone who gets to know your business over time, so that each conversation builds naturally on the last.
If that feels familiar, there's a good chance you've found the right place.
This probably isn't the right fit if...
-
You're looking for someone to simply tick off tasks rather than think alongside you.
-
You're wanting a fixed monthly checklist instead of support that evolves with your business.
-
You're looking for someone to make your decisions for you rather than help you make them with greater clarity and confidence.
You might be ready for The Sounding Board if...
Every business is different, so I don't believe ongoing support should be squeezed into a rigid structure.
Some months we'll spend our time talking through decisions and helping you work out what deserves your attention next. Other months we might review a proposal before you send it, map out a launch, refine an offer or help you organise the next stage of a project.
Support happens in the way that's most useful at the time. Sometimes that's a scheduled conversation. Sometimes it's a voice note while everything is still fresh. Sometimes it's feedback on an idea before you commit to it.
Your monthly partnership includes:
-
Up to five hours of flexible support
-
Scheduled thinking sessions
-
Voice note and message support between meetings
-
Review and feedback on documents, proposals and ideas
-
Strategic and operational decision support
-
Guidance on priorities, planning and implementation pathways
If we reach a point where implementation makes more sense than another conversation, we'll decide together what the next step looks like. Sometimes that's you. Sometimes it's your existing team. Sometimes it's mine.
Frequently asked questions
Can I message you whenever I need to?
Yes.
Questions don't always arrive during scheduled meetings. Sometimes they appear after a client conversation, during a launch or halfway through writing an important email. Rather than carrying those thoughts around until our next call, you have somewhere they can land.
What if I already have a coach?
Many of my clients do.
Coaching and The Sounding Board complement each other beautifully. Your coach helps you explore possibilities and personal growth. I help you translate those conversations into practical decisions, priorities and operational thinking inside your business.
What happens if I need implementation?
That's a natural progression for many clients.'
Because I already understand your business, we'll know when a project has moved beyond thinking and into doing. At that point we'll decide together whether you implement it yourself, work with your existing team or bring my team in to help.
The context comes with us.
For many clients, The Sounding Board grows naturally from Fresh Set of Eyes or The Full Picture. Once we've built a shared understanding of your business, this becomes the place where that understanding continues to support every new season of growth.
